Now It's Time...Florida or Michigan??
Well, it looks like USC is gonna go down in about 1:10 or so.
So that brings us to this question...
Which team is more deserving to play Ohio State in the BCS Championship Game?
Florida or Michigan??
Of course, I'm assuming that Florida is going to contine the way it's been playing and end up beating Arkansas.
Although I don't like it, I'd have to say that Michigan deserves the shot at Ohio State in the Championship game...Florida, in my opinion, should have several losses and played a relatively weak schedule.
Michigan, on the other hand, didn't have the toughest schedule either, but they beat Notre Dame and Wisconsin, both teams that are in the Top 12 or so in BCS points...and Michigan played Ohio State VERY tough.
This, hopefully, will be a moot point anyways, because I honestly think that Ohio State will crush Michigan when given a second chance, and Florida wouldn't stand any chance at all. Let's face it, Ohio State is simply out of Florida's league...and if it weren't for a couple of really poor snaps, Ohio State would've beaten Michigan by at least 21 points.

i'm a michigan fan, but honestly, i think i will be happy either way. assuming if we don't get to play for the title, we will be playing usc in the rose bowl. i just don't think florida will jump us though, the sec as a whole has one of the worst OOC schedules in football. the best OOC win for the entire conference was tenn over cal. does that really prove that the SEC is the toughest? not in my opinion. when you schedule a d1-AA team at the end of the season, it's gonna hurt.
well it looks like the national championship game was played two weeks ago, ohio state in january is going to be a totally different team as will mich. or fla.
Yep, you gotta give Floida a chance. How could you actually crown UM national champions should they beat tOSU? They had their chance and came up short. They knew what they were playing for and still didn't get it done. Although I would agree that UM is probably the second best team in the country, but really it's apples and oranges since they play in a different conference than FL.

Neither of them does.
I agree also that, if Michigan were to play again and win, then how can you crown them the outright National Champion when Ohio State already beat them once?? At best you could say that it's a split National Title.

That's what I've been saying this whole season. Everyone is on the SEC bandwagon right now...but how can you say a conference is the best when their only point of reference is a win over Cal?? Any other out of conference Top 25 games they scheduled they lost...including a 30 some point thrashing by USC.
So, the SEC fans want to talk shit about USC being no good...yet USC destroyed one of the SEC "Top Tier" teams early in the season...so does that mean that the SEC is no good also??
The SEC is the weakest conference in college football. It's easy to get fat off of IAA teams in your non-conference schedule and then beat up on each other.
