Default Rahman-Toney on saturday

well, like the title says... its Hasim Rahman vs. James Toney, who ya got?

me personally, Rahman may be a home town fighter but i'm going with Toney. i think he may just want it more. coming off a win against ruiz only to have it taken away because he tested + for steroids. he says they were to help him heal his injured bicep, and not to pack on more muscle. when you take a look at Toney's body, its pretty easy to see they could easily of been used for his injury. that and if i remember right his trainer is freddie roach, and i cant see roach associating himself with someone who would use roids to gain a physical edge.

"WBC heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman (41-5-2, 33 KOs) retained his title with a twelve round draw against James Toney (69-4-3, 43 KOs) on Saturday night at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was a fast-faced fight with both fighters landing a high volume of punches. Rock's punches were harder while Toney's were cleaner. Rahman appeared to have a slight edge by outworking Toney. Scores were 117-111, 114-114, 114-114. Oddsmakers had established Toney as a 2:1 prefight favorite. Next up for Rahman is a mandatory defense against Oleg Maskaev." FightNews.com
