Default Superbowl??????

Well the game has been over for like a day and a half , ok its more like an hour and a half, and still no Pittsburg fans starting a thread about how the game went. All of you can not be too drunk by now to do some boasting.

I think they are busy buying flowers and chocolates for the officials...

At least I'm not the only one who thought the ref's sucked I know the Hawks missed some great opportunities, but come on! Yes I'm bitter and know the final was 17-14 Hawks. Oh well what's done is done. I'll have my #98 Wistrom jersey on on Monday, I'm still awful proud of the Hawks!!! Call me a whinny Seattle bitch, I don't care.

GO HAWKS!!!

Pitt shouldn't have had that touchdown.

Good game over all.

Seattle was robbed on that holding call.

The refs did blow some of the calls but I don't think it would have changed it. Glad Pittsburgh won though.

I dunno, the bad calls seemed to come at pretty opportune times. Take away the offensive pass interference call in the first quarter and that holding call and the game could have come out pretty different. That doesnt even count the questionable on-the-line pittsburg TD (Im not prepared to call that complete BS since it really coulda gone either way). My personal favorite was the blocking penalty called against hassleback when he tackled the ball carrier, that might be a first in NFL history.

Interesting bit of trivia; prior to the Suberbowl Seattle was the LEAST penalized team in the NFL.

i thought the game sucked and the officials did a piss poor job. the only calls they got right were the obivious false start calls. the ref who called that pass interference call in the 1st quarter should have gotten the MVP trophy. he had more impact than hines ward did.

its a shame they ruined a relativley clean, well played game. its like they were throwing flags because there was nothing else to do. i can't imagine throwing the flag on that play in regular season let alone the playoffs and certainly not the superbowl.

and to piss me off even more now Charlie Batch has a superbowl ring.

all the Steeler fans are still in Detroit still partying from last nite.

Wish the game was closer.

Kimo Vonoelhoffen should of won the MVP

i'm a pittsburgh fan and all, but damn that was a just a bad game all around for both teams...

as far as MVP, my vote was for randle el. he saved the touchdown on the heardon int, and threw a td. i guess they negated the save of the td since seattle scored anyway...

I think Jim Levy (I think that was the ref's name) should have gotten the MVP. I was't pulling for either team but I feel the Hawks got raped on the calls!

I think the Roethlisberger call was a good one, the holding and was a good one, the pass interference was on the borderline but he did somewhat push off and hey that is contact, the tackle/cut block was a bad one. Either way we still won. And Charlie Batch deserves a ring more than Tommy Maddox. He played pretty decent when ben and tommy werent there this year.

I agree, those refs were questionable. It's deffinately hard seeing things from other angles, but c'mon. Not a huge football fan to begin with, but being from seattle i had to root for 'em.
Also, who's the guy on the steelers with the LONG hair. Not only would that be hot, but he looks retarded...and just kinda makes me wanna cut it.
