I meant Texas Tech and their passing offence. To damn many Texas teams!

If FSU plays the way they did against Virginia Tech, then they will be tough to beat.

Not saying that USC will waltz away with the crown this year, but I think they'll win it. I've said it all year: Texas has yet to face an offense remotely as powerful as the Trojans', and USC has defensive woes to overcome.

I predict it thus: USC 38, Texas 35, with the winning field goal coming in the final minute.
Get it right. Vince Young is spectacular. Without him they are nothing.

Go Longhorns! It was a hell of a game though wasnt it? Whats with all the kickers lately and their missed field goals and point after attempts?

Im from Iowa though, and I was dissapointed with the turnout of the Iowa/ Florida game. Good thing those refs are now under review. Money is the root of all evil they say...

Texas defense is a pretty good.

Lendale White stopped on 4 and 2, first down Longhorns,

Longhorns showed nothing. Vince Young showed he is a one man team.

You can ask Vince Young if he is the team, and he will tell you no. Without the offensive line, he would do nothing, without the defense stopping LenDale White on 4th and 2, he wouldnt have had the opportunity to win the game. Without the multiple weapons on offense, the opposing defense would be able to key on vince and he would get nothing. Without Limas Sweed, David Thomas, Ramonce Taylor, Selvin Young and Jamaal Charles as threats, Texas' offense would be nothing... Vince Young is a great player, but he is not the team. Without the Defense (even when they dont do so great, like last night in the 3rd and most of the 4th quarters) he wouldnt get the ball to do great things with it.
