AZ Twisties
So, thanks to Drez on here, I was able to record my first visit to some real mountain roads since my crash late June with a GoPro Wide. I learned that I'm still not over my crash and I'm not very comfortable going too much over the limit on 10-15mph tight turns. That may be because the roads weren't in great condition or because I don't feel like dropping another 2k in a new bike again soon, haha. In the sweepers, however, I'm as fast as I've ever been.
Nick (child-of-bodom) was simply eating up those sharp turns on his SV. As you can see in the video clips I used when he was leading, he's way ahead of me due to those turns. I was riding my own ride though, haha.
So, here's a video of my better turns on my first visit down to Tortilla Flat. Let me know what you think.

EDIT:
Alright, so here's another video I shot from a new angle with Nick and I went down Highway 80.

EDIT:
Here's yet another angle I tried out while Nick and myself went up through yarnell into prescott.

Cool beans dude, nice editing on the video.
Too bad we didn't have time for scenery, that place is actually pretty incredible.

oh man dude, i was so ready for some nice tranquil piano music during this video.. about 45 seconds into the video i had to close it.. i should have just turned the volume off, maybe next time.. it looks like it would have been really sweet, maybe you can change the music?
EDIT: for what i did watch it looked like a nice video.. i'm sure as your confidence builds your lines will improve as well

Good riding. Here's a few pointers for this video:
-Music didn't jive well with the context, which is riding a motorcycle through the twisties. Remmember music, can make or break your video.
-Try to set your video apart from others. Do somethign a little bit different. Everyone wants to make a video but to make one right is the hard part.
Overall, good riding, skill and video. Although you can always make your next one better.

Haha, why do you think I chose only a 2 minute song?

Thanks, and while I do agree with you, I'm not too worried about it. I wear knox cross guard knee/shin armor underneath so the worst thing that will happen in a crash is I'll be walking funny for a week because of rash on my backside.
I'm looking into snagging some riding jeans when they go closeout, but since I mainly commute, I'm not too hot on the idea of dropping a few hundred on a suit right now.

Alright, another update. Nick and I went up to Prescott and hit a really high speed, twisty road just before Yarnell and all the twisties to Prescott

Nice video...boy to I miss Arizona! I even saw the spot where I low sided on TTF a few years back. I had to chuckle a bit when the camera fell off, kudos to the maker....still works eh.

1st video was that bad. The scenery was actually really good and the music had a very mexican feel too it haha. I think the music mashed pretty well with the scenery. Just use a few effects to spice the video with the music. But of course, that take a little bit of learning as well. But the only thing that wasnt good were the roads. They look like crap, cracks and pot holes everywhere. Doesnt make me want to go to Arizona.
2. This video had some cool parts and angles that would be great in a mashed video with multiple angles. But the music was a little too funky for me... I didnt dig the whole "wooo whoooo" thing. It was a little strange.
3. Good scenery, shitty roads once again. Cracks and pot holes in a road completely break the ride for me. Maybe you should get on your governor and have them improve some of them. And I probably wouldnt have made that pass at the end of the video, seemed a little too risky to me.
All in all good footage, learn some video effects and thats where the real videos will begin.
