Default had my first track day!

this was the second session at MSRH down in Angleton, Tx, after that i didnt take the camcorder on the bike anymore. at some point my chest hit the "eject" button on it and turned it off. sux too because that was the session i went off the track and it would have been funny to see it on video.

it will happen. you've got to bring a lot of fluids to drink. I go through 2 large gator aid's and almost a whole gallon of water.

and only pee maybe 2 times.

Hydrate yourself two hours before activity, also use gatorade or powerade @ the time hydration is needed, that is what it is formulated for. And it does work the best, but water initially.

How did you go off the track?

I start making sure I am hydrated several days before a track day.

second session i was coming out of a sharp turn and cut it too close. my rear tire hit the "curb" and bounced while i was leaned way over. i recovered but it blew my line to the point where i had a choice to either low side in the grass, or straighten up and go right for it. i chose the ladder.

and ya i was drinking alot of gatorade as well, about six of them i think, plus took an electrolyte pill.

Well now we know what the main cause of that sloshing sound between your ears is.
