That sucks.... I like how he tries to pick the bike up and it falls over. Then the cop tells him to go over to the curb.

I don't think the guy saw the cop as he went by. When he sees the cop when he's trying to pick up his bike, he hesitates. Pretty funny!

He was probably like "Shit, I'm gonna get raped in the pooper..."
