Funny how the po-po doesn't feel the need to beat the shit outta someone in other countries.

I believe they call it "post pursuit stress syndrome". I've seen vids where cops chase down a guy and he LAYS on the ground and the whole time the cops is yelling "YOU WANNA FUCKING RUN FORM ME.....RUN FROM ME HUH!!!!" While beating his ass for "resisting".

The guy really doesn't seem to ride very fast. If he wants to run, I would think that he would gas it a bit more. Maybe that is due to the camera though.
