My guess is none of them have done it before, because its really not difficult enough to need to pull it with a effing car.
Lets see, 2nd gear, buddy pushing or you flinstoning it about 5-10 mph with clutch pulled... dump it, then pull back in while engine sputter's and keep alive with throttle. not that hard...
Whats sad is the guy on the motorcycle is probably with the local PD of the area. haha...

^^ actually it's hard as hell to push it in gear with the clutch in. You would never flintstone it up to 5-10mph. The thing to do is run along side it in neutral, jump on knock it into first and dump the clutch all in one motion(2nd gear doesn't give the motor enough revs) Releasing the clutch right as your butt hits the seat so the tire doesn't skid... Even that takes quite a bit of effort since it usually takes a couple tries.

The one with the guy doing a wheelie...if the chick had just held on she would have been fine, but she panicked and pushed off. Too bad too, because you know that fine rack got f-ed up.

Yea thats about how I have done it, would never try to get a tow like that. I try to push the bike up a little hill, then run along side in N and jump on.
Even on level ground you can run along side in N and get enough speed.
