you should treat crossing the yellow line in a turn as if it means you're unequivocally dead, though. you should never ever do it unless you absolutely have to. if you're doing it unintentionally, i'd suggest working on your technique...

i know that watching only what's in front of the lens is a lot different from actually sitting on the bike and being able to look around and make sure there are no cars coming around a turn, but passing a car on the inside of a turn in the opposing traffic lane is a no-no.

nice we have roads like that in PA.. i wouldn't dare crossing that yellow line though. kind of dangerous. some crazy dude with Civic or Evo might come around that corner speeding.. and BAM!!!! you're like a bug on windshield.

The first bike you came up on(blue 06 636)
The rider needs practice passing in a group. If you are passing... then pass and leave room for the rider(s) behind you
After two or three of his lame moves... you moved ahead of him
I would have too.

Also... I know we can only see thru the camara lense.
But I really hope you could see a clear road(that we could not)
There was a lot of crossing the yellow line... and crowding the yellow line.

On the roads here... that is a good way to kiss an RV or some ones boat trailer... swinging wide.

I don't he would like our roads that much. A lot tighter turns and a sh#tload more traffic. Pulling stunts like that in the blind curves = dead around here.

I've ridden there, better to go on a weekday after work when there's far less traffic. You really notice the power difference at the top compared to the bottom. Bottom half is where all the best turns are though. VW actually uses that road as a testing ground so you see a lot of them up there sometimes.

A lot of those turns that people think are blind aren't really cause you can look across the canyons and see what cars are coming. There's always surprises though
