That truck driver should be taken out and hanged, publicly....
I say that as the holder of a CDL, and a person involved in the transport industry. That f@cker had no reason to be on that rider's ass, and had no excuse for not seeing the rider.
Maybe this will be a wake up call for some....

In other countries this type of driving is the norm unfortunately.
