The one with the bikes isn't a street racing video. It was some guy that wasn't paying attention, Ive seen the video of it a lot of times.

it looks to be a lot of speculation to me, yes street racing is dangerous, but it probably accounted for less then 10 percent of those 43k deaths.

if only people put that much effort into making their lives useful in society.

seems like the only wrecks it showed were idiots in RWD's trying to get sideways.

thats not street racing.

thats street clowning.

how many of those "street racing related accidents" were from actual races?

more than that...how many fatalities were "street racers" running from the cops...

if there were more old runways or something long flat and smooth for the drag crowd and some twisty loop for the left and right crew maybe there wouldnt be as much on the street...who knows...

He must be the uncoolest kid in school. He's gonna get (or has gotten) his butt kicked.

The video starts with "America's new addition, Street racing",

Hell it's been going on for nearly 50 years. My dad used to tell me stories about everyone in his town in the 60's racing the badass muscle cars.

I agree. Very poor argument, I LOVE the spelling mistakes. Nothing says "Listen to my poignte" like spelling and grammer errors.

And the capper: half of those vid clips weren't from the United States.

Thank you. I'm no english expert, but some of that was almost difficult to read. I think "more oftenly" was my favorite!

Some kid probably made that video as "extra credit" for his school.

I grew up street racing in the inustrial areas south of Seattle back when this dude was probably still carrying a Power Rangers lunch box to school. Back then we knew that if the police showed up, they would simply ask us to leave so there was no "mad scramble" to get out.

Do you know how many accidents we had in 4 years?

1 and nobody was hurt.
