The will to continue living after crashing as bad as he did (using "living" in the sense of doing what he enjoys despite the danger), is real inspirational. Stupid, yes. Brave and honorable, yes.

what a jerk he doesn't wave at the other riders
mad props to the guy.
there was a story floating around a few years back of a guy with one arm racing sportbikes. and he does pretty well.

god forbid he crashes again, but what happens if he does? Does the prosthetic just rip off since it's attached to the handlebars?? Very interesting idea tho...I bet that's an expensive damper!

Didn't you see that he can rotate the bars with one arm? Ofcourse he will wave.

Hell yes.
That guy is awesome.
I knew a guy who lost the use of his fingers on one hand...so he rigged up his old BSA with both the clutch and brake levers on one side...he managed to ride very well with that setup.
Determination is everything.
