I thought the car would have won on the road course due to the braking and the 4 phat tires lambo has to handle with but I was wrong
And he very well may have save for the fact that he didn't want to run over the bike to get ahead in the corners. They should do separate timed laps for these sorts of things. In general high performance cars do well in the cornering while the bike wins in the straights. There is a reason the best time at Laguna Seca is held by a car rather than a MotoGP bike, in spite of the MotoGP having a better top speed.
I actually got the chance to street race an 06 Gallardo last time I was down in Stamford. I just got off an exit from southboud, and he just got off from northbound and he was messing around passing cars and crossing the double yellow, so I just layed off and went with the flow of traffic. About a mile down the road I met up with him at a red lite and we went at it. We didn't have that long of a stip but at around 90 mph I was a good 2 car lenghts in front of him, the only time he was ahead of me was right off the line, I didn't get a great launch, but then agian he was a 50 year old business man that though friendly and nice to talk to didn't look like he had a clue as to how to drive that car.
