He didn't, it's that simple. Check out the curb to the right of the screen as the guy jumps the bike. He's coming up a little slope. So he didn't bunny hop the bike, just launched it well and a barely noticeable jump/incline.

Dude... if you want to see hopping a bike, find some vids of the guys that do trials courses... that shit rules. Bike with no seat, climbing bigass rocks on 2 wheels and a motor...

ive seen some video's of people bunny hopping sport bikes, and they were on perfectly flat ground, lemme try to find it....
