do you know the Camaro owner? I highly doubt thats a true 700+rwhp car, my mustang is 500+rwhp and there is NO WAY Id get whored by a stock GSXR1000 the way that Camaro was.

FYI.
a slicked up 700+ RWHP car better be going DEEP in the 9's. Do you know to drive a 9 second or faster vehicle you need a special license to race it?
it's like the old joke, what does a 400 RWHP and a 700 RWHP supra have in common?
They both go 12's

Hmmm what is the power to weight ratio for these two vehicles? If a car gets close to the bike ( very very few can that are road legal) than the car would win due to the traction advantages. Of course it would have cost a fortune to beat the $10k bike so the car would still be the looser in my book

You can crack the 9 sec. mark with a stock gix1000. I've seen it in some publication some where. Granted you need to be one hell of a rider-and drag specialist. Lowering with simple straps will see you well into 9 sec .

i think they actually got a R6 on a outlaw tire with straps and dogbones and the one hell of a ride to go 9's.
I think, could be wrong. That being said, most riders? 12's, 11's with practice, with gearing, no love for the clutch, and ALOT of practice, LOW 11's.
