Need advice on hosting videos

I need advice on any recommended sites for hosting videos. The ones I've tried either have limited downloads or require registration bs.

Well if you regester at Supermotors you can build a site about your bike or car jet ski what ever. They allow 40Mb file sizes and are a awesome host! I host all kinds of stuff on my account Ive had for about a year. Totally free. No BS.

If you dont want to go with the reg thing then you can use yousendit, they allow up to a gig file size but only keep it on line for 2 weeks or x number of downloads. Rapidshare.de is the same but have a 50Mb limit and only allow x number of DL's a day but keep it on line for a month.

Theres also putfile but they only stream so that blows. The best bet is Supermotors then the files stay and you have total control of it.

I setup my own ftp server on my laptop. I leave it on most of the time. Maybe I'll put apache on it soon too. If you have DSL or the likes then this works. Only thing is you can't care too much about whats on your comp as your advertising yourself to attacks - I would imagine the odds are low though.

If you do this and need help just say. Its quite easy to do. Just install the software, which is free and there are several options, and have your router foward some ports.

Thanks!!! Damn Mr. L, I can't make up my mind! Actually, a friend of mine set me up on his laptop using broadband, seems to work pretty well so far. I tried several host sites and seemed like all I ran into was BS. Thanks again.
