Default Gourmet Dinner Ride

Found myself alone at home last night. Had a few minutes left on the MiniDV tape. Parked the camcorder on the bike and recorded the ride down the driveway, the county road, the highway, and up/down some local roads to the special dinner place. The sun is low so there is some tach reflection in the windscreen, and sometimes I'm riding towards the setting sun. Maybe it sets the mood. Given this is a high fashion dinner ride with the sun setting, the classic Wes Montgomery jazz classic "Bumpin at Sunset" accompanies.

Cool vid and I like the final destination!

So, did anyone else find themselves leaning with the video? I didn't have any body lean going (sitting back instead of forward so I didn't get into that groove) but my head kept tilting as if I were riding... and I couldn't watch without doing it!

Yes... difficult not to lean . And FWIW, I think I do find an excuse to head there several times a week to pick up dinner... "Honey, I'm just going to go to Safeway and pick up dinner. OK with you?"

Nice Vid. So, do you have a room to rent? I would go to the store any time you needed. Awesome scenery, I like the music, never thought to ride to jazz, think I will try that next time I'm up in the mountains.

Thanks everyone . Also take another sporting thing on lunch rides... different bike, different road (canyon), different time of day, different kind of tune, different destination, some wildlife (exhaust note drives them crazy) at the beginning...

Great vids, both were well put together. Has the turkey trick become tradition?

Appears to be a tradition with these two coincidently having some turkeys at the beginning, but with them around all the time now (They chased me down the driveway today) I don't even bother turning on the camera anymore.
