Group I roll with I've got the loudest exhuast by far. Yosh Tri-oval rs-3 slip on. I think slip on's might be louder but obviously less HP. I would stick with what you got. It is probably a lot louder than you think cause your wearing a helmet and are not behind the exhuast.

loud? you want LOUD?? take the stock pipe, cut the back end off, rip everything out of the middle, reweld the end, drill holes in said pipe. that, or you could run motogp style, open headers!!

oh, what, you want it loud but not THAT loud? Tell you what, you get too loud and you ain't gonna have any one to ride with. Solution? dnd pipe, or the core'd one i told you, and a turbo. the turbo will quiet that down quite a bit.

also, my friend got a jet kit (i have no idea what you mean by stage three) but he had his custom made by a guy out here, and his bike actually got a bit quieter. still loud and annoying. damned DnD pipe.

I've got Two Brothers Racing on my 05 CBR 600RR and it is louder than my friends Yoshi on his 04 GSX-R 1000. It cost more than a Yoshi but I am happy I paid more. I have not heard a D & D though.

i have a friend that has a d/d Pipe on his katana and its loud and dumb....not the cool load brrp to it either.....I do like my RED Art exhaust though....not really load until I come on to it but I guess they are the cheapest and one of the best reviewed in cycle mag.

A jet kit usually refers to carburetor jets. And, loud obnoxious sport bikes are fucking irritating.

Thumbs down for D&D.

See, this blows cause the only company that I can find that makes a full system for my bike is D&D. I like loud, but if it's raspy and crap sounding, I'm no better than any of the ricers out there. I just want to lighten up my bike a bit and ditch the dual set up and make it louder. Anyone know anyone else that makes a full system for a 92 ZX-6????

Im not sure if theres any louder pipe then D&d but i know mine is the loudest in the city that i know of (05 Gsx-r 600) A jet kit wont make it louder. To bad your muffler wouldnt fit my bike, i would trade in heart beat, Loud mufflers get old after a while.

I agree, Jet kits have no effect on sound at all. I just adjusts the fuel/air mixture in the carbs to adapt to you new pipe or air filter. As for exhaust, if you want loud, get D&D, but in my opinion its too ricy and raspy sounding...there are better options out there that arn't as annoying. I'd stick with the yoshi pipe that you already have! Thats just my opinion though...Hope it helped.

When I bought my CBR 600 F4 It came with a D&D Slip on. I hated the thing with a passion. I will admit it is loud as hell but the sound quality was horrible.

It had no bass to the exhaust. The best way to describe how it sounded was a lound winey sound. Some

Some people I guess are into that sound but I like a little more bass in the exhaust sound. I went with my Yoshi RS3 SS slip on. I love the sound it makes.

so you want to rejet your 2001 gsxr 600 huh? where are u going to put that stage 3 jet when your bike is fuel injected?? hmm that seems to be a problem.... but any way loud is not always better i think d&d pipes sound like garbage and yoshi pipes are some of the best sounding. id rather have a clean crisp brrraaappppp instead of a loud obnoxious raspy POS d&d.
