Default Tank Bag Overhaul

Last weekend I completed a complete overhaul of my tank bag by installing Powerlet electric connector.

It seems that over the last few years I’m touring with more and more electronics. I’m reluctant to hard-wire everything on to the bike, that always seems like such a project and I have two bikes, so I'd have to do it twice.

Now I can connect all my electronic items and run them off the bike’s
power without having to hard-wire them directly to the bike’s battery.

With this method you don’t have to modify your bike, you utilize the one existing accessory power plug that the bike comes with.

My set up is mostly for charging electronics in my tank bag while I ride and plugging in my heated vest.
