Default Touring YZF600R

Just took some fresh pics of my wife's cat, with everything we've added so far. We're taking off for a week-long trip to PA later this month, so she's all set up for sport touring now.

Tourmaster Sport saddlebags and tailbag
Marsee 15litre slant tank bag
OES frame sliders
Sheepskin seat cover...

Helibars
Throttlemeisters
Progrips Gel grips
Memphis Shades Cockpit windscreen...

Awesome!

Too bad she didn’t post here herself, we need more sport-touring chicks in this forum.

Where are you going to in PA, I JUST rode though Pennsylvania last night, coming from Vermont. I'm so tired today.

Yeah, I know. I keep trying to get her to participate on the boards, but it's just not her thing.

I dig the windscreen. Does it come tinted/smoked?

What’s in Lancaster? I’ve been to York, PA a few times, road out in all directions from there, some rolling hills and decent country roads, but the mountains up north are nice and the roads are more twisty.

Lancaster is Pennsylvania Dutch (Amish) country... also, Hershey (and Hershey Park) are in that area.

Yes; the Memphis Cockpit windscreen comes in black, red, and blue gradient tinted as well as clear.

I was Vivid's riding partner on the 5 day New England tour. I did over 2800 miles on a old FZR, I was comfortable. I didn't realize the Cat was that aggresive in the seating posture, or does your wife have a short reeach?

No, my wife doesn't have a short reach; she's 5'11" with long legs (36" inseam) and arms. The YZF does have a fairly aggressive position; not as bad as the R6, but still pretty sporty. She just wanted it relaxed a bit, hense the Helibars (they only move the hand position about 1-1/4")
