Default Trip around the Great Lake Huron

A couple of friends and I took a 4 day trip around Lake Huron. We started in southeast lower Michigan (Brighton, MI) crossed into Canada at Port Huron/Sarnia and headed up the coast for Tobermory (the tip of the Bruce peninsula). Then took the ferry across to Manintoulin Island and went through the Laclouche mountains until we hit the trans-canada highway. We followed that to Sault Ste Marie and came back to the states. Then we came through the U.P. to the "big mac" and crossed into lower Michigan and followed US-23 down the coast and home. Here are some pics.

The waterfall is Angel veil falls on Manintoulin Island and I am the guy in red.

Sounds like a nice ride. How were the roads (smooth, curvey)?

The roads were great (excellent in Canada) except for here in the southern half of Michigan, who knew? As far as curvy-ness, it was in very curvy in certain areas like from Little Current to Espanola, but mostly it was a route chosen for its spectacular views.

Looks like a great ride. Those falls are pretty sweet.
