If you want info on any aprilia, you've got to check out the AF1 forum. There is no place better on the web for info. on our bikes. If the new model is anything like the old one, a few simple tweaks can turn a nice ride into a dream ride.
AF1 is also a very knowledgeable dealer, and you can buy most of the items you'll need all on their site.

Here is the link to the forum page: http://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/

What color did you order? I like the look of the new style, but could do without the checker board paint job.

BTW - I've got an 03' Tuono (magnet grey).

I have a red one coming, kind of like the black but thought that my first Euro should be red. Maybe I will learn to like checkers?
Thanks for the info on AF1.

I was fortunate enough to ride one. I believe it was an 05 model. The bike is spot on sharp. It felt like the bike was reading my mind, as silly as it sounds. It did what I wanted faster than I actually did it. I will say the bike is not for the inexperienced nor the cautious/apprehensive rider. Kinda scared myself, being that I ride a YZF600R. The power and control took me by surprise. If I could afford one I would most certainly get the RED.
