Boot Sizes?
I am curious to know everyones motorcycle boot sizes. What size sells the most? I am working on a Importing business and the data is very important or it will be expensive.
Thanks everyone and Hello from a newbie to the site.

It seems like there are a lot of people that run between 42 and 44. What kind of boot do people ride on the road most of the time? Race boots? Short protective boots, or like a touring boot? I see a lot of people just wearing like a hiker low top or tennis shoes..

I've got both A* SMX's and SMX-4's and they're both a 46. I normally wear an 11 1/2 to 12 in Nike running shoes and my hiking boots.
This is probably going to get me flamed, but people SHOULD be wearing some type of high riding boot (be it a touring boot or race boot). But you'll get all sorts of people that will say a work boot or 3/4 boot (A* SMX-2's, for example) are fine. To each his own, but I'd like to still have the ability to walk should I ever lowside and my foot and ankle gets caught under the bike. Just my .02.

Something like this for a low cut race style boot that isn't to high in case you have some walking to do but will protect in a fall.

I have unusually large hands and feet to be my size. My glove should be a large and is a XXL. My boots should be a 10.5M but are a 12W.
M/C boots are not made for feet like mine. Unless you are a "biker" type who wants engineer or "Easy Rider" style footwear. I am 6'0" and 193 lbs as of yesterday. I wear Belleville military boots to ride in because after years of looking and asking the manufacturers I have gotten exactly ZERO feedback from any of them.
I wish someone WOULD make sport, or sport-touring boots to fit me.

Those "boots" won't protect ankles very much in a get-off.
A* SMX plus in a 44.

Who have you asked? Have you asked manufactures like Sidi, Alpinestar, TCX? I am in Importer for Falco motorcycle boots and I am going to talk to him in a few days, I can try to help you out if you like. If they can help the build might take a little time. I would need the all the measurements but if you are a 12W and that's it then I can give him that info.
Let me know if I can help

Sure they would, they are a "Racing" boot. Will get a pic of them on my foot to show you they come up pass the ankle pretty good.
Here is the picture of the boot on my foot. My ankle is actually under the buckle so they are high enough to give you some protection from ankles to sole. This boot is a Euro 43

This has been a grief of mine for years. MC boots are not made for guys like me. I need something around a size 15 or 16 EEEE and no one makes them. I talked to one company and they said it would cost $50.000 to make the needed machinery and it's not worth the costs.

Those boots would allow way too much ankle flex if the foot/leg were to be stressed. "Racing" boots aren't high-tops.

I have e-mailed Sidi and Alpinstars and never heard back from them. The Belleville military boots I wear are VERY comfortable and fit perfectly, but are designed to support an infantryman on his feet. I went down in them once last year on asphalt and got a nasty twist in my left ankle. Naturally, the tread is wider than even my feet to allow me to walk on loose terrain, and that feature along with the absence of torsional-ankle support exacerbated the injury once the edge of my foot caught.
I am also not going to bother ordering on-line if I dont have the ability to teturn them forthwith if they don't fit once I receive them. I doubt anyone making a custom pair would allow that.
See what they say, however and let me know. Thanks

I know this is a long shot, but..
If I wear a size 15 in Nike running shoes and a size 13 in Timberland boots, what size do you guys think I would wear?

In your Timberland boots what is the Euro size? I would say to go with the Timberland size because Nike has always been small so I have to get like a 10 when I am an 8 1/2- 9.
