Default Need sizing advice.

I currently wear a Spidi NRG 1pc size 54 suit and it fits VERY snugly, so snug that if I wear a back protector with it, it will no longer zip up.

I am currently 6'2" and 215lbs, and I will be getting a little bigger (working out). I am ordering the Dainese Gilet Wave 2 Neck armored vest which has a back protector and chest plates.

The new suit I am looking at is the Dainese Laguna Seca 1pc. Should I go up 1 or 2 sizes? I want to say 2 to be safe, since my suit is on the verge of being too small right now, but I'm just not sure.

So should I with a 56 or a 58 on the new suit?

As far as trying them on in person goes, it'll be pretty much impossible, because I can't find any shops here in Okinawa that carry Spidi or Dainese.
