Default Tour Master jacket question

I was thinking about getting a new jacket sometime soon. I was looking at the Tour Master Impluse jacket. You can see it here... http://www.newenough.com/tour_master...acket_page.htm . Was wondering if anyone had any experience with this jacket specifically or with any Tour Master products? I don't hear about them too much. How's their quality? Oh, the jacket is $241 + shipping, btw.
