Default In need of '96 RF900 Clutch parts

I'm in desperate need of the inner clutch hub for my '96 RF900RT. This one has 5 bolts w/springs through the pressure plate into the hub.

I was trying to use an ill-fitting tool to hold the hub while removing the shaft nut. Of course, it slipped and broke the hub. I'm attempting to buy an OEM hub new, but it's backordered with no indication of when (or if) it will ship.

Maybe after I find the part someone can give me a tip on how to hold the hub safely - where to buy or how to make the correct tool...

Any help appreciated.

Is there any other hub that will fit?I'm thinking about the Gsxr750 or 1100's possibly the katana oil cooled engines .
I have a 93 gsxr750 engine with a blown rod/piston and crank cases.Have you tried to cross reference the parts yet?Ron Ayers or bike bandit would be good places to check it out.

Thanks Mike - Fortunately, I found a clutch on ebay a couple weeks ago. Apparently this part is just unavailable right now according to bikebandit and all the dealers in my area.

Don't know if the GSXR parts work or not, but I do know there are at least 2 different clutches for the RF900s. I'll check into it.
