Thought I'd share with other RC 51 riders as many of my friends are clueless to such a feeling.

Finally, after about 2+ weeks of patiently waiting I get word that my RC 51 plastics and tank will be fully painted and ride ready on Wednesday (8-3).

I will post pics as soon as I get her put back together. I am so psyched to see the paint job on her all in one piece! ("psyched"...Christ!, I might as well have said "hella cool!" Showing my age again.)

Now it isn't anything snazzy. I am a fan of the more subtle beauties in life. No flames or skulls or dragons or other common themes you see ad nauseum. Just an almost factory scheme in uncommon colors for the RC.

Sounds good. If you deal with painters a lot, you often get used to due dates that come and keep going... Good luck!
