Default damn i want a rc51

A buddy of mine got a just got a rc51, last season we always used to swap bikes, I know that when we go riding this summer and switch I will definatly want one after actaully riding one.

I just got bit by the big v-twin bug, I always like v-twins, because a sv650 was my first bike, but always wondered what a big twin would be like to ride. Well my boss just got a sv1000s, gives me the keys and says take her for a spin. So I take the bike out. It was like riding my dad's fz1 except the torque comes on a lot lower in the rpms, which kicks ass. And these were just my impressions after going down the highway and some straight roads, suspension wise, the sv1000s felt like my f4i used to, before I reworked everything for the track. Then I hit my favorite twisty road, about 15 min from work, and damn! I just sat in 3rd gear the whole time and just powered out of turns! V-twin just seem to love smooth riding. Obviously the ergos on a rc would be more aggressive than the sv, but I can't imagine how these bikes would be on a twisty road, or on the track .

Let me tell you boys, there's nothing like it! I got one three weeks ago, by the way, it's my first sportbike! Of course I've waited a long time and I decided to spoil myself.

If you are talking to me, no I am won't be a VIR on memorial day weekend, going to Beaverrun. That pic of me was a VIR, and after I had crashed on Turn 1 too. Now, I am gun shy...

And if you weren't talking to me, give me my few words back...

I'll be there all three days. I'm riding the RC the first day and the 600RR (#721) the last two days.
