2000 RC51, What's it worth

I was skiming the paper the other day and saw a 2000 Honda RC51. It has about 4,000 miles, compleatly stock, never dumped. He is asking $6,100. Is that too much or not enough. What do you think it's worth?

Doesn't seem too bad, miles are low but I'd guess $5800 He may have padded the price so he can drop it a couple hundred when someone comes around.
