It looks great!!! I have been wanting to get one for my RC51. I have a few questions....

Do you have any pics with the brake lights on and off?? And can you post them?

Is it possible to take off the old black nasty undertail, and put the new one on? If I did this, I would leave battery holder in place, and remount the electronics.

Thanks,

sQuid^

Looks great. IMHO, an aftermarket undertail is a must for the RC.

Yes, it's beautiful. RC's look good to begin with the undertail makes it all the more sweeter

Is the color a little off or is that just the flash?

yeah its the pipes that make the bling baby!!!

ill get more pics of lights soon.

the paintt is close but not exactly on point. the flash really exploited it way more than you can notice.

lic plate is mouted now but i have to give another pic. i drilled two holes in the peice and used a couple metal brackets looks pretty good. (may get popped though)

the pic shows where i had to cut to, just to where the pop rivets go. also you need to notch a little out of the middle for the tumbler relocation.

yes it does add 30 hp i also got a new sprocket but thats not "cool" enough to post hahaha

*UPDATE* Looks like i spoke too soon on the "working brake lights!!!!! I noticed today the LED's for one side were dead and after taking them out and testing on my batt they were defective and dead. Called Hotbodies and they are sendinga new unit but DAMN that is crap!!!!

I just put a hotbodies undertail on my 02 RC51 tonight. The install took a good three hours to finally get it done because the instructions do nothing for helping you to get the job. The LED's are not overly bright, and the brake lights don't change the tone of the light much. I don't know if it's anything with how it's wired (maybe I screwed something up?). The blinkers also blink rather quickly when compared to stock. Could this be due to the fact that the LED's don't draw current like the stock ones so the bike thinks it has a blinker out? If this is normal, I'll leave it alone. If it's not normal, than I want to make it all right so any help with wiring would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Shane

medic: You need the load equalizers. There are some here: http://autolumination.com/leds.html
