They go through a decade of crack pottery, and pandering to the religious right. 16 years from now, they come back as the moderate party under the leadership of a genuine conservative, and defeat whoever President Biden's VP is for the POTS.

On a side note, won't Joe be 74 at the end of Obama's 2nd term? Obviously that's too old to be prez.
