$269,000 vs. how many millions to Obama?
You guys are an amazing spin machine of equivocation.

I don't care if it's $300,000 or $3M, either one of those amounts is obscene to receive from questionable sources.
Fuck em both. I wanted to vote for Ron Paul, but he's not on Texas ballot, and I don't know Bob Parr from my chode.
Damnit, I thought politics was interesting. It sucks.
I feel like someone just told me petroleum byproducts were interesting, and after a year of study, I found out I'm getting it sans Vaseline.

Actually, I agree here. The question is, how do you keep big money out of national campaigns? Obama's campaign has raked in $600 million, from who the hell knows where. McCain's campaign funding has been dramatically smaller because he accepted public campaign financing limitations, but it's still an assload of money.
What do we do about it?

Obama's website donation system also allows donors to run the same card multiple times with just a name change - there is no verification, which allows a single donor to make multiple small donation to circumvent the limits. McCain's donation website uses verification that Obama's does not.

Yeah. They'll get "change" alright. In the way that getting cancer would be "change" for a healthy person.

These guys actually have a point, one I've seen all along.
Sure Obama is getting more donations, but also from many more donors.
There is something to be said about a candidate that gets 10 million $20 donations as opposed to the one that gets a lower amount of higher quantity donations.
And that something isn't that his supporters on average are poorer.
Makes me wonder who is really "bought."

Yeah, but what if those 10 million $20 donations are from the same 500 deep-pocketed contributors? Obama's donation mechanisms do not prevent this, and the cloak of private finance means we'll never know.

Given the choice of some millionaire elitist buying thousands of pre-paid cards under different names so he can funnel money to Obama, and you being a loon, I'm going with "F&D is a paranoid loon."

Are you serious? Try running a credit card.. ANY credit card, with a different name than the one on the card. the credit card companies control that, NOT Obama.
McCain isnt losing the election because of Obama's donors.. he's losing it because he SUCKS.

The point is, genius, look at your candidate as well. This is no endorsement of Obama, it's a very simple point. YOU ARE A PARTISAN ZOMBIE.
Try looking at the big picture, McCainiac.

So, in your mind, someone having a difference of political viewpoints = Nazi?
That's what is called a bad logical argument.
