So I'm thinking, on average a blue stater makes more money than a red stater. The reason being the fact that there are just more medium to large cities in the north than the south and thus more jobs which leads to higher property prices which requires a higher income just to survive.
I make just shy of $100k, my condo set me back $300k, I pay $8k in taxes, I'm lower middle class in NJ.
If I were in say Iowa or Alabama with $100k.....well I would own half the state.
Thus Obamas tax cut would in effect be more geared towards the red staters than the blue states. After all I assure you there are many more people here making well over $250k than say in Texas.
And well I resent that! If it's us the blue states that are going to get this guy elected we need something back in return! I mean why help out those that obviously don't want the help! I mean what gives! Not like you red states would ever really appreciate the tax cut or the guy.

Reason: spelling bo bo
Because I'm freaking pissed as hell man!
I just got a $4k bump in pay, which all went towards my wife education.
But guess what! My freaking tax rate went up! I now have to dish out an extra $140 a month!
So of that $4k I only get $2224!
Ok I know in a red state $2k is enough to buy a home and a few dozen cows but here in NJ well that just about a mortgage payment!

There's also a higher percentage of welfare recipients in those big cities who take advantage of the middle class people who are paying a higher percentage of their overall income in taxes.
But I guess you rich folks would never understand that.

You're a class A idiot, you know that?
If $2k is your mortgage payment in Jersey, you live in a fucking trailer.

So Shah, how do you feel about some of that money that is confiscated from you being given to other people who already don't pay taxes?
Do you really believe that the most liberal senator in the country, with a proven legislative record of favoring tax increases (including your income bracket), and backed by a tax-loving Democrat Congress, will actually cut your taxes at all? If yes, upon what do you base this faith? His campaign promises? His smooth voice? His nice suits? What?
And even if you do get a token tax cut, how do you feel about your hard-earned money being siphoned off to bribe votes from people who already pay no taxes?
Hay I tried changing it brake to break, but the change didn't stick?
I'm sorry guys I fat fingered it, difficult to type when one is pissed.
Ok there are very few "low income" families that live in the try state region of NYC. And the homeless, I think Rudy shipped them off to Florida. But there are a good many who do accept assistance be it discounted housing and or food. But that's due to the cost associated with living here.
But hear me out, what % of people living in red states make more than $250K? Hell what % of people living in red states make more than my $100k? Ok compare that % to the % of people living in blue states who make more. So in effect the blue states are paying for the red states! Think about it. I make more thus I pay more, red states make less thus they pay less!
And Obamas tax plan favors red states due to their lower incomes. Which if you ask me is nuts because red staters really didn't like the guy! Thus perhaps only blue states should get the tax "break".

Just about man! 1500sqft condo. On the second floor!
$300k! And needed work and all new appliances.
And it's not like apartments are any cheaper. A nice one with working heat will set you back about $1300 a month.
I almost moved down to Florida to work for GD a few months back but then was asked by a friend to stay and help him rebuild an office so I stuck around.
