Things I have heard of in our country:

Lynchings
Clinic Bombings
Demonstrations at the funerals of soldiers/gays
Mass suicides a la Waco Texas

All by fringe conservative groups. Just like honor killings by conservative muslims.

Hay if you and your boy king had your way, these "firing" groups would become main stream groups and all the above would be A-OK!

Remember there isn't much holding the US back from becoming a Christian version of Iran. We've almost been there a few times in the past and can easily go back.
