You still dont need to spend 50 grand in clothes to look good, and you especially don't need to shop at really high end stores to get good looking clothes.

Whether it is legal for her to do that or not, it does not reflect her in a positive light, nor does it show a good use of judgement on her part. They HAD to have known that this sort of thing would be scrutinized, so why open yourself up to these attacks? Dumb...

Hey, if they lose at least she'll have a nice wardrobe
I concur.

I would be FURIOUS if I had contributed to the GOP campaign this year.

Hell, I didn't contribute and I am still mad about it.

She's had that one since she was picked. I know I heard it back in early September. I think Goose used it here first.

If she were some cougar in a hotel bar... yeah, maybe. As long as the music was loud enough where I didn't have to hear her talk too much. But the hangover next morning would be a bitch.

Whose tax plan would be better for her in this case, McCain's or Obama's?

A reader at TPM noted, "If Sarah Palin's $150,000 wardrobe had a life of its own, it would get a tax cut from a President Obama."

Oh people!
Relax!
She spoke to a higher father and well her higher father told her to get her ass dressed and pampered because this was her 15 min of fame. Oh and to invade Canada since she can see it from her house!

I guess that's one of the reasons I would never vote for her either - I tend to think things through instead of acting purely on emotion.
