Believe it or not I'm not anti-gun. My Remington 12 gauge is still under my bed back in Ohio. Used to go shooting out in the woods with one of my tenants a few years ago.

Shit Goose, then no need for shooting lessons. Just get some decent game loads, and point it in the general direction, your bound to hit something

That seems to be a very strikingly hostile name for a standing ground unit on American soil, to "help" there own people .

Yeah, it's probably a good time brush up on gun knowledge. It's been a long time but I've been meaning to do it for a while now. Yo Jerome, I'll buy the ammo if you give me some shooting lessons.
Right time, right place. Blowin shit up day is coming soon!

It pains me to say this, but it looks like he may have been right.
Welcome to reality son.
As far as disarming folks, esp. folks in rural areas who tend to be more conservative, religious, support the gov't types: I'm sure you've read of Dept. of Homeland Security calling pastors of these folk in and asking them to preach sermons based on Romans 13:1 "The superior authorities stand placed in their positions by God." (used to justify the divine right of kings in years past) to get their flock to obey whatever the gov't. may do in time of "emergency" i.e. suspend many if not all of our rights as was mentioned earlier in the thread.
Next time you're heading to the range let me know. I'm a little skint right now, but depending on how much the necessary ammo costs I can pony up.
Ammo has been up there $$$ for some time now.
Targets, well that is another story.
But I have not been out shooting a summer long due to the high price of ammo. I've got a good supply, but I still would like to add to that.

I'm glad I bought some bulk from cheaperthandirt before prices went up.
