Don't get me wrong, I like Hoover as a fellow engineer, and even like some of the ideas he had, but he would be terrible for the economy.

well hoover gave jobs, to help people get out of the depression.
Like Hoover Dam, he himself didnt get out nation out of the depression but he helped by giving hundreds or thousands of jobs for the hoover dam
