I used process of elimination for a lot of them, including this one. I know the 26th (lowering the age of voting to 18) was passed in the early 70's, and all of the answers but one were before 1968. So the last one had to pass after that and the only option was 1992.
I also give credit to School House Rock. I remembered the bit on Women's Sufferage ("Until the Nineteenth Amendment struck down that restrictive rule..." Sing it kids!) which meant that the Amendment to lower the voting age to 18 had to be passed long after that.
The one I missed was who said "Give me liberty or give me death" I can never keep straight if Patrick Henry said that or if it was Thomas Paine who said "I regret that I have but one life to give for my country." I missed that in high school, too.
