Thing about it is (and I have a time with non-partisan and Berkley in the same sentence too) that this group, though in the middle of left wing hell, wrote a fairly damning piece plain out declaring that there was bribery involved in the passing of the FISA immunities.
I have issues with the fact that the FISA has survived as long as it has.
