It struck me that Malkin preys on the same sort of person Obama was trying to explain with the "guns and religion" comment. These scared folks have lived through almost a decade of their government being unable to bring 9/11 perps to justice and they're the ones that are really frightened by the constant terrorism threat-propoganda.
They feel unable to exert control over the big stuff so they latch onto dumb shit like freedom fries and jihadist scarves. You've gotta kind of feel sorry for them, for the worldview they hold and because con-artists like Malkin can prosper on fomenting their fears.
Obama had them pegged.
