When you check Google with some of those choice words, it comes back with Rosie O'Donnell.

As a general reminder, statements, like “Anyway, your logic is faulty because you've constructed a world of one sidedness that doesn't exist” are not arguments. They are tactics in lieu of arguments, and they are accepted only insofar as they are consonant with those who share the same prevailing vision.
It's not clear why Jim Schmidt has to resort to ridicule in his responses, but all the same: besides heaping derision on someone that disagrees with him with statements like... “Actually watch the education I spoonfed you”, what actual facts/evidence has he presented to support his claims? There are NONE as any reader of this thread can observe. What questions that were asked of him has he answered in this latest round? None.
Why would anyone want to do what he has done to discourse?
He’s one of this new breed that’s able to make casual assumptions about others and express smug indignation at those which he disagrees with politically, but either can’t or feels above explaining how he knows these things with reasons or facts.

Okay. You've established that you know the difference between a comma and a semicolon. Good. That gets you points in my book for structure.
But you still have some explaining to do, if for no other reason than this inanity.

Not a word in balance about the Founding Fathers, Andrew Jackson, Shiloh, the Way West, the Gold Rush, the age of American invention and discovery, World War I, World War II (the victories like the Bulge or Iwo, not just Hiroshima, Rosie the Riveter, and the Japanese Internment). I have no problem with evocation of past reform and needed change, just the notion that there wasn’t much else apparently good.

This has nothing to do with anything, other than for you to find a way to describe Obama as being "pathological." Hmmm...Talk about being one-sided?
You'd do better working for Disneyworld than being here, sir. I don't think this sandbox is for you. At least in Orlando you can don a coonskin cap and reenact Davey Crockett killing a b'ar...or maybe do Thos. Edison impersonations.

I can see you're not intending to argue the topic. While we have our share of regulars who are unprepared, for the most part this board is for people who've done some homework and arrived prepared to discuss issues.
You say Obama hasn't honored the contributions of vets, I spoonfeed a link that disproves it. You sidestep by complaining about the tone you set, then demand "proof." Yet it was a video of him doing what you claimed he hasn't. Uh, gotcha
The standards here are simply higher. Really. Suit up for the majors or head back to the minors. If you'd like to do the former, we welcome you. But if you're determined to do the latter, your position is already taken.
Here, your side already has a ton of minor leaguers.

Rigorous standards of ridicule and obfuscation.
Jim Schmidt is clearly not interested in being an equal partner in inquiry.
"You say Obama hasn't honored the contributions of vets"
Where? Citation please.
In light of his refusal to submit answers to multiple questions posed to him, I repeat...

ABC News takes a critical look at Obama’s new ad, “Dignity”, and sees a reversal on Bill Clinton’s welfare reform program. While Obama takes credit for moving people off of the welfare rolls and into jobs, he sang a different tune in 1997 while in the Illinois state legislature. Rather than support Clinton, he called the president “disturbing” and opposed the initiative:
YouTube - "Dignity" TV Ad
Political Radar: Obama Shifts on Welfare Reform
As ABC notes, Obama spent most of the last 18 months dodging questions about welfare reform. He would only say that “Bill Clinton isn’t on the ballot,” and refusing to say whether he supported the Republican-driven welfare reform program of 1996. The program’s success showed in the move of millions off of welfare and into jobs, while keeping unemployment low.
This isn’t as egregious as most of the reversals Obama has made in this campaign. After all, McCain reversed himself on the Bush tax cuts for good reason: they worked. So did welfare reform, and Obama could make exactly the same case. However, instead of treating it honestly, Obama wants to lie and pretend that he was for Bill Clinton’s welfare reform all along instead of just admitting he called that one wrong as a rookie legislator.

I think you're one of the ones Jim cites as being totally unprepared. Why are you laughing? Or maybe you're crying???
There are some really good posters here. Maybe a dozen "regulars" who are interesting, humorous, informed, thoughtful, write well, and best of all, challenging to work with.
Unfortunately (and you know what comes next) you aren't among them. You're just part of the riprap which washes up on the beach.
Acalliste is watching you.

Fly, spare me. Your opinion means nothing to me. Take your San Francisco "values" and place them you know where.
You offer nothing. You denigrate those who you don't agree with, as if your opinion matters more. You and Schmidt are much alike, you know....full of hot air.
You have wasted enough of my time, move along now.....gramps.

Ah-ah-ah! Be careful. Acalliste is watching you. You almost blew it.
You're so much fun to toy with. I take some kind of perverse enjoyment in just, well, just pissing you off. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have fun with you, Deek.

What's this "Acalliste is watching you" business? I'm curious.
