Consider this, if a candidate that was WHITE belonged to a church with that website, and every place it said BLACK it said white. The Nation would be up in arms about it.
Even if she did mean to say that, I couldn't disagree with the comment. I voted for Obama, he's the only one who could change this country. For this country to survive it will need to do just that, when the US is nothing like it is now, only then will this country have atleast an ounce of hope.

easy...a job. im proud of my heritage, but not proud of my gov't. im ashamed that most americans actually believe the bullshit these politicians say, and do nothing to remove them from office when they lie. the media chooses not to hold these people accountable, so politics as usual is kinda difficult to be proud of.

It's not the "media's" job to hold anyone accountable. It's the PEOPLES' job. The media should only be reporting the facts...sort of like when they report the lies and nobody gives a shit or worse, supports it.

You are correct in his possible ability to change this country. Socialism is, in fact, a change. But looking at the history of other socialist nations, I fail to see how you could equate his push for socialism with hope for our country. The only hope he provides our country is that he will ruin it a different way.
But hey, more government, less freedom, nanny state. Sounds like a great time. Eh, comrade?

i agree with what you say, in theory, but the meida doesn't report facts. they report for ratings....period. about 40 years ago in this country, flip-flopping was political suicide. the media torn politicians apart for that shit.
now, we get britney spears mental anguish, while no media outlet seems to think that reporting lies is wrong. they deliberately mislead the masses....so yes, it's their fault as well.
I don't think Michelle Obama is "nuts". She's voicing her opinion. She's "proud of her country for the first time". So I guess that implies that she was unhappy or dissatisfied prior to this time? What's the big fucking deal?
