Default Hillary Clintons Bigoted Statements

"A series of comments from Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, her husband, and her supporters are spurring a racial backlash and adding a divisive edge to the presidential primary as the candidates head south to heavily African-American South Carolina.

The comments, which ranged from the New York senator appearing to diminish the role of Martin Luther King Jr. in the civil rights movement — an aide later said she misspoke — to Bill Clinton dismissing Sen. Barack Obama's image in the media as a "fairy tale" — generated outrage on black radio, black blogs and cable television. And now they've drawn the attention of prominent African-American politicians."

She is a racist and I cant believe anyone would vote for her.

I hate Hillary as much as anyone, but this is complete BS brought about by the Obama campaign to discredit her. From what I caught on it this morning(it was brief) the comments where taken completely out of context. They are just trying to play the racial card to gain momentum.

Yup Im not a huge klinton fan, but the quotes were taken out of context,
If anyone is racist its Obama, riding the black card when he's half white RAISED by his White Mother. Fuck them, Im tired of people like that turning there back on half of there race and using the other half to benifit them.

For the same reason the Dems are so quick to point out any potentially negative story about their rivals. If Hillary or Obama get the nomination the other will be the likely running mate (unless they can somehow woo McCain or Giulliani)...when confronted about the vicious things they said about one another during the campaign the answer will be "that is just part of the game."

No, I'm not defending it. It is the sad, sad reality of modern political campaigns. Say anything, smear anyone to get ahead then just put in a "I didn't really mean it" disclaimer in the end.

It's high time more candidates stood up and said "this is what I believe and this is why...if you agree, vote for me...if not, vote for someone else." That kind of honest approach would be so refreshing, such a candidate would garner votes from people who didn't even agree with them on issues.

becouse politics has always been horrible in this country, hell at one time it was commonplace to use force to intimidate the other party, so we have came a long ways.
