I avoid the politics section here because frankly- politics is more brainless than reality tv, but probably not as well acted...

I see people here stump for one candidate or another.......and i think you're all basically voting for which retard you want to lead.

I'd sooner let a pack of klansmen in my house than any of the so called candidates. Seriously- not a one is anything but the most transparent sort of flim flam artist, selling snake oil to the tune of billions of tax dollars. When one, just one, candidate stands up and declares themself an athiest, not rooting their decision making process in dark age mythology- then I'll at least listen to them. But when one claims to deny evolution.....that person is simply too stupid to run a cub scout troop, much less the free world.

But its not just the republicans that are that dumb. The dems have their own ridiculous, non-scientific dogmas they espouse as loudly as the bible thumping right. Al Gore's take on the environment is about as scientific as genesis. Just read that Clinton showed up for all of 30% or less of possible votes for NY she could have. Show me any job where showing up 30% of the time not only doesn't get you fired, but puts you on the fast track to presidency......

So far, to a one these 'candidates' (candidate for biggest fucktard, maybe) are complete idiots. Not a one has demonstrated that reality is the center of thier platform.

And that my friends is what I not only expect, but DEMAND from someone that wants my vote. It seems alot of people have much lower expectations.

I'd say any vote for any of this pack of hyenas is as wasted as not voting at all. People here can argue some nit pick notion of one candidate of another. But you're missing the forest for the trees. These aren't representitives of anyone except the mega-rich that fund their campaigns.

In all the years of one side or another claiming to 'care about the people' we still have rising levels of virtually everything bad. Poverty, bad schools, crime, needless wars, you name it. In all these years, neither side has done anything but further ruin this country.

I'm not pretending any of these people are god's gift or anything, but you have to vote for the lesser of the evils. Oh I had no problem fighting. Look, I saw the horrors of ethnic cleansing first hand in Kosovo. We did real work there that saved lives, or at least eased the burden on those that lived through that nightmare. You'll never forget the smell of a mass grave.

BUT---I wasn't there because we cared about the people. I was there because Clinton wanted to hide his sex scandal. So obvious it was that hollywood, usually in love with billary, made a movie mocking him. 4 years of slaughter and we did nothing till clinton left a stain on a fat girls dress. I supported the war in Iraq. I supported it all through the 90's, we just didn't have real leadership at the time. The war is just. The reasons we were told we were going were not.
