WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul has received a $500 campaign donation from a white supremacist, and the Texas congressman doesn't plan to return it, an aide said Wednesday.Don Black, of West Palm Beach, recently made the donation, according to campaign filings. He runs a Web site called Stormfront with the motto, "White Pride World Wide." The site welcomes postings to the "Stormfront White Nationalist Community."

The obvious degree to which the media has been trying to sell you on who has a chance has never been so transparent and the recent moves to allow dominant ownership of media sources in "certain market areas" is only going to make it worse.
The failure of the FCC to ensure that the public airwaves are operated in the public interest under the guise of a "free market" is a gross denial of their basic responsibility. The idea that a free market can even exist absent an informed public is a folly. The fact is that in a "free market" concept of information, people can seek out the "news" they want to hear and money can by the information you are presented by your most accessible sources.
The fact that some idiot with a microphone attempts to manipulate public opinion of a candidate by suggesting they must research every source of $500 donations and return those not meeting their filtered criteria is absurd. Regardless of your opinion of Ron Paul, you should be offended by this notion.

He is weak, his isolationism doctrine is worse, you let them re group and strike worse the next time....This is a war the free world is in with Radical Islam, in case you hadnt figured that out yet.....Its actually been going on for a very long time in recent years there are greater ways to inflict damage thus, the increase in overall violence.
We need someone strong in foreign policy Republican or Democrat, but this guy....well sticking your head in a hole like an ostrich is not the pragmatic approach.
