I believe the theory is that certain fundamental groups would indeed, have no problem launching a nuclear weapon at a major world power, even if it meant they would die as a result.
Remember that radical Islam tells its brainwashed servants that the reward for being a martyr is eternal paradise.
If you grew up in a shithole with death all around you, that would start to sound like a pretty good deal...wouldn't it?
I still do not believe we have any business going to war with Iran, given the current information.
