10 years, I believe there will be a significant attempt at revolution.. At least I hope so...

Why? Not that it is going to happen, but why? Who wins? Certainly not the side you want, unless you want total control given to the government. The freedom loving side? Not going to happen because most people are just talk. When the SHTF, they are the first to inform on their neighbors.

This country is full of fat, lazy, happy, stupid, crazy, and don't give a rat's ass people. That is proven every time we have an election. We can't get 50% voter turn out, and you think that more than that would put their asses on the line?

Do you think that the military would side with the 'revolution'? Don't bet on it. They have sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Revolution or insurrection is not part of that document.

Do you think our enemies, and they do exist, would not take advantage of the situation? Do you think that our economy would withstand the ramifications of the country being thrown into that chaos? Are you prepared to shoot your neighbor, your mayor, your police chief, or the poor PFC that is standing on the corner?

Hate to tell you but the 'revolution' has already happened. It was effected without a shot being fired. The people were given the choice, self reliance and freedom or government handouts and control. Guess which one they picked?

Great video. Too bad these pieces of shit will get away with it. This country was built on the backs of the poor, with the rich lounging on them.

I think that Sean Penn said it quite well. I don't think that a revolution would look so necessary if we would be able to remove those bastards from the government entirely. It’s a shame that the greed of such rich ass holes has to cost the life of young men and women trying to serve the county that they believe in. That’s not even mentioning the thousands of innocent people that are killed and still being killed over seas. If SHTF, I’d be ready to ruff it as best I could, otherwise I’d love to see this government turn back in to a respectable world power like it was in the early 20th century…if it’s not to late to repair the damage done in less than a decade.

I dont really see any way to change the government with anything short of a revolution.. Contrary to what we are taught, the people DO NOT have the power to change the government. The general populace is only allowed to vote on civil issues relating to their local government. All candidates for Senate, Congress, are pretty much rigged. The Government is set up so that only TWO parties are a realistic chance of EVER holding power.. All serious candidates are either Republican or Democrat, and they are pre-approved by their parties. And the funding they recieve from the Feds is FAR more than the independants can hope to raise. So the result is you see professional politicians every 5 minutes on TV, and the other 8 people on the ballot you have never heard of..
And electing a president has been removed from popular vote for a LONG time now. Your vote for president is only a feel good measure, and has no bearing on the election of a president. Our Republican and Democratic parties use the electoral college to fight it out for president. And if we cant get a 3rd party into congress, how do you expect to get him into the white house????
