If anybody wants a very good read on the history of American foreign policies in the Middle East, here you go. I should note that it was written in 1991.

Me and a coworker got into a discussion after he accused Ron Paul of being unpatriotic and making treasonous comments (he obviously heard the Faux News spin of the incident between him and Guiliani at the debate). Then he didn't think the US has "meddled" in the Middle East at all and wanted me to give him examples. So I found this report and sent it to him. I also sent him a video of that part of the debate and Ron Paul's interview with Hannity to let him actually hear the entire story. If he actually reads it and watches the videos, I think he'll change his mind pretty quick.... unless he can't maintain an open thought process.
