Everytime I hear a Republican leader/political figure speaking about politics and people that oppose their views why is it that there are only two parties in their eyes?
Republican, and liberal......wtf?!
And why is Hilary Clinton so evil?
And what are your opinions on Barack Obama?
*Yeah I know I say one question but I lied.....*

I tend to lean much more towards libertarian, but if forced to choose between the main two parties, I generally go republican. So I will give my answers here.

The same reason democrats generally see two parties, democrat and right wing conservative. There are certain key issues that the two are polar opposites on.

I do not know enough about him to form any opinions yet, whether positive or negative.

1) Don't know. Maybe because Dems tend to lean toward the liberal side on a lot of issues.
2) Are you kidding? I lean Republican on a lot of issues, but I don't vote down party lines. If I believe in something a Dem is behind, I support it. Hilary seems to be spinless on most issues.
3)I think he seems like a good person. I can't honestly say I know where he stands on a lot of issues. I do like the idea that he is campaigning against political parties all together. I watched an excert from one of his campaign stops and he was talking about how partisan politics needs to die, and people need to do whats best all around. Good in theory, it will be interesting to see if it works, if he gets elected.
Mudslinging, both sides do it. To them Liberal and Conservative are dirty words.

I don't know if she is evil, but I just don't believe a word out of her mouth. She also seems to have a blurred stance on many issues. I also don't like her because I'm in NYC and when she decided to take public office she said she was not positioning for running for president. I knew it was a lie.

He seems ok from what I've seen so far. Considering how faded party lines have become with Progressive Republicans and Conservative Democrats I like his thoughts about partisan politics. I don't think he has a shot of winning though in todays society.

part of it's going to be because he is a black man running in a white nation. i mean i hate to say it but this country has made leaps and bounds after the civil rights movement, but i dont think there are enough people who can put aside his color to see him on issues...
i like obama personally, and i typically vote libertarian also..

Well, considering that black people are saying he's not black enough, you do have a point.
As ignorant as this is gonna sound its the truth....... The black people that don't think he is black enough are dumb niggas. And yes the usage of that word is completely in context. I don't give a flyin damn about "black enough" or "too black". He is intelligent, outspoken, and very well versed in politics. Unlike Al Sharpton who is a useless hack that just screams racism at the drop of the hat. And Jesse Jackson is a useless bastard himself too. They contribute NOTHING significant to the black community. And the black community contributes nothing back besides herding to them like cattle going to the slaughter house. Also, majority just sits back and exclaims B.S rhetoric about a trivial or inconsequential topic about a candidate from the community. INTELLIGENT black people will stand up and applaud Obama regardless of anything the "black community" says.
The issue of someone strictly being characterized and measured up against a racial standard is one that really pisses me off.
I apologize ahead of time if this offends or etc. I'll come back and edit when my head is clearer. But for now I have said my piece..

I think it's fucking ridiculous, personally. Should a man be judged by his accomplishments or by the melatonin level in his skin?
It's the exact fucking opposite of what Dr. King fought for. Judging by the color of the skin and not the content of the character.
Fargin I COMPLETELY agree. They are too stupid and backward to see ANYTHING. It disgusts me completely....and its pathetic. It's the main reason why progress within the black community is stagnant and hell even heading backwards.
MLK Jr. lead us to the gates and let us as individuals and a collective to decide how far we progress after that.....Its pretty pathetic and upsetting to see majority head back and start to close those gates on themselves.
